Bidding with block is secure and simple. We offer various bidding methods for your convenience and make registration as easy as possible. 

1. Live in person

Most auctions will be held with live in person bidding. These auctions are open to the public and you can register at the door. Registration requires valid identification and credit card. The auction location will be posted on the auction event page.  - SINCE COVID WE HAVE MOVED TO MOSTLY ONLINE.

2. Live online

Visit liveauctioneers to register to bid live online for our upcoming auctions. You must register for each auction or day that you wish to participate in. Once you register you can participate live from your desktop or mobile device.

3. Phone bidding

When phone bidding, You will be called just before your specified lots are to be auctioned. You will be bidding live with a Block representative who will serve as a liaison between you and the auctioneer. It will be as if you were in the auction room itself. You can register for phone bidding submitting the Bid Form on the left. 

4. Absentee bidding

Absentee bids allow you to place a maximum bid on individual lots without attending the auction. Block will bid on your behalf up to that amount, attempting to secure the lot at the most competitive price. You can register for absentee bidding submitting the Bid Form on the left.

A bid form must be submitted to register for phone or absentee bidding. Download the form on the left and send it to bid@blockauctionhouse.com.

When completing the bid form, for each lot you may indicate the method by which you would like to bid: phone or absentee or with a phone/absentee combination. Include valid phone numbers for phone bidding and maximum bids for absentee bidding. Bid forms must be completed fully to be accepted.
